## **📌 Overview**

After you create a press release in Search Atlas, you can go back to it at any time from your dashboard. This article shows you where to find it, how to read its status, and what to check if you can't see it.

## **🔍 Where to Find Your Press Releases**

1. Log in to your Search Atlas account.
2. Make sure the correct **project** or **workspace** is selected. Press releases are saved under the project where you created them.
3. In the left-hand menu, open the **Press Release** section. Depending on your plan, it may be listed under a PR or Content tool group.
4. Open the list of your press releases. Each one appears with its title, status, and date.
5. Click a press release title to open it and view the full content.

## **📊 Understanding Press Release Status**

The status shows you where each press release is in the process. Common statuses include:

- **Draft:** The press release is saved but not yet finalized or submitted.
- **In progress or processing:** The press release is being generated or reviewed. This can take some time.
- **Published or completed:** The press release is finished and ready to view.

Exact labels may vary slightly depending on your plan and the latest platform version.

## **🛠️ Can't See Your Press Release?**

If your press release isn't showing up, try these quick checks:

- **Check your project:** Use the project selector to switch to the project where you created the press release. This is the most common reason a press release seems to be missing.
- **Check your filters:** Clear any status, date, or search filters that may be hiding it.
- **Refresh the page:** Reload your browser to load the latest list.
- **Wait a few minutes:** If you just submitted it, it may still be processing and may not appear right away.
- **Check your account:** Confirm you're logged in with the same account you used to create it, especially if your team has multiple users.

## **💡 Tips for Keeping Track**

- Use clear, descriptive titles so you can spot a press release quickly in your list.
- Bookmark the Press Release page in your browser for fast access.
- Review your list regularly to see which press releases are still in draft.
