## **🔍 Why visitors see “Invitation required”**

The embedded Site Analysis Lead Capture Widget is designed for public visitors. Visitors should not need an invitation or a Search Atlas login to use it.

If an unauthenticated visitor sees “Invitation required,” your widget is affected by a known guest-access issue tracked as **WL-476**. This issue is currently marked **In Release**, so the fix may not yet be available in your environment.

## **⚙️ Can I turn off the invitation requirement?**

No. There is currently no widget setting or embed-code option that removes this prompt. The invitation requirement is caused by the known guest-access issue, not by an incorrect iframe configuration.

## **✅ Check your embedded widget**

1. Open your website in a private or incognito browser window.
2. Confirm that you are signed out of Search Atlas.
3. Load the page containing the embedded widget.
4. Test the widget as a public visitor.

If the widget works while you are signed in but shows “Invitation required” when signed out, this confirms the guest-access issue.

- Keep the current embed in place while the fix is being released.
- Test the widget periodically in a private browser window.
- Avoid asking visitors to create a Search Atlas account or request an invitation; that is not the intended experience.
