The White Label feature lets agencies brand the Search Atlas platform with their own logo, colours, and domain. This gives your clients a seamless, professional experience under your agency's identity rather than Search Atlas's.

## **🗺️ How to Access White Label Settings**

To reach the White Label configuration area, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Search Atlas account.
2. In the left sidebar, click **More Features**.
3. Select **Agency Whitelabel**. You will be taken to the **/agency-settings** page.

From this page you have access to four key sections: **White Label Setup**, **Settings**, **Site Analysis Lead Capture Widget**, and **Affiliate Link**.

## **⚙️ Configuring White Label Setup**

The **White Label Setup** tab is where you apply your branding. Work through each option below:

- **Agency Logo:** Upload your agency logo. This replaces the Search Atlas logo throughout the platform.
- **Brand Colours:** Set your primary and accent colours to match your agency's visual identity.
- **Custom Domain:** Enter a subdomain (for example, **reports.youragency.com**) so clients access the platform through your branded URL. You will need to add a CNAME record in your domain's DNS settings pointing to Search Atlas.
- **Agency Name:** Enter the name that will appear across the interface and in automated communications.

Once you have filled in all fields, save your changes before moving to the next section.

## **🔧 Adjusting Additional Settings**

Click the **Settings** tab within Agency Whitelabel to control platform-level preferences for your white label environment. These options let you fine-tune what clients can see and interact with inside your branded portal.

## **📋 Setting Up the Site Analysis Lead Capture Widget**

The **Site Analysis Lead Capture Widget** is an embeddable tool you can add to your agency website. It lets prospects run a quick site analysis, generating leads directly for your agency. To configure it:

1. Navigate to **More Features → Agency Whitelabel**.
2. Click the **Site Analysis Lead Capture Widget** tab.
3. Customise the widget's appearance and fields to match your brand.
4. Copy the generated embed code and paste it into your agency website's HTML.

## **🔗 Finding Your Affiliate Link**

The **Affiliate Link** tab provides your unique referral URL. Share this link to earn commissions when new customers sign up through your recommendation.

## **✅ White Label Setup Checklist**

Before going live with your white label environment, confirm you have completed the following:

- Uploaded your agency logo and set brand colours.
- Entered and verified your custom domain or subdomain.
- Added the required CNAME record in your DNS provider.
- Saved all changes in the White Label Setup tab.
- Reviewed the Settings tab for any client-facing preferences.
- Optionally embedded the Site Analysis Lead Capture Widget on your website.

DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate fully. If your custom domain does not appear active immediately, allow time for propagation before troubleshooting.
