📖 What the Site Catalog Is

The Site Catalog is where advertisers browse the full list of publisher websites available for guest posting through Link Laboratory's Publisher Exchange. From here you can filter publishers by quality metrics, review pricing, and add placements to your cart.

Guest posting through this catalog is designed to get your site published on established websites that pass along referring traffic and authority signals, using a fully managed outreach and publication process.

Note: Link Laboratory is its own product, separate from Search Atlas's built-in Authority Building and Digital PR / Press Releases features, and separate from Publication Media and Signal Genesys. If a customer is asking about a Link Laboratory order or the Site Catalog specifically, keep the answer scoped to Link Laboratory — don't mix in Search Atlas's own Authority Building or Press Release tools.

🧭 Where to Find It

In the left sidebar, the navigation order is: My Projects, Marquee Publications, Sites Catalog, and Orders.

Sites Catalog is the full, filterable table of every active publisher site — this article covers that page.

Marquee Publications is a separate, curated view that spotlights a smaller, hand-picked selection of premium publications rather than the entire catalog.

My Projects lets you group placements under a specific website/project.

Orders shows placements you've already purchased and their status.

At the top of the page you'll also see the Advertiser / Publisher toggle — Advertiser is the buyer view covered here; Publisher is the separate view used by sites selling placements.

🔍 Finding Publishers for Your Site

Near the top of the page, the "Find relevant publishers related to your website" box lets you enter your site's URL to get a curated list of publishers matched to your content. Checking "Create a project for your site" automatically groups any placements you make into a project for that site.

🎛️ Filters

Above the results table, a row of filter dropdowns lets you narrow down the catalog by: Publisher, Relevant for, Category, Country, Language, Organic Keywords, Traffic, Domain Power, Domain Authority, Domain Rating, Trust Flow, Spam Score, Price, TLD, Google Indexed, Common Crawl, Gemini LLM, and OpenAI LLM. You can also Exclude Hostnames or Invert Filters to flip a filter's logic. The catalog shows a running total (e.g. "Found Sites: 2K") that updates as you apply filters.

The Gemini LLM and OpenAI LLM filters let you narrow the catalog to publishers that show up in those AI answer engines — useful if you're prioritizing placements for AI-search visibility, not just traditional SEO.

📊 Reading the Table Columns

Each row in the catalog represents one publisher site, with these columns:

Publisher — the site's name/icon, with a verification badge if the site has been vetted.

Save to project — a dropdown to add this publisher directly to one of your projects.

Category — one or more topic tags for the site (e.g. Arts, Technology, Marketing).

Organic keywords and Organic traffic — the publisher's own estimated search performance.

DP, DA, DR — domain quality scores shown with a small gauge icon next to each. DA (Domain Authority) and DR (Domain Rating) are standard third-party authority scores; DP (Domain Power) is an additional score shown alongside them. We don't have a confirmed technical definition of exactly how DP is calculated versus DA/DR — treat all three as directional quality signals to compare publishers, and use the Domain Power / Domain Authority / Domain Rating filters above the table if you want to set a minimum threshold on any of them.

LLM Visibility — three icon columns showing whether the publisher's content currently appears in AI answer engines. Two of the three are confirmed to correspond to the Gemini LLM and OpenAI LLM filters described above; we haven't been able to confirm which specific engine the third icon represents, so treat it as an additional AI-visibility signal rather than a named engine until that's confirmed.

Backlinks/Ref.Domains and TF/CF — additional link-profile metrics for the publisher's site (Trust Flow / Citation Flow).

Spam Score — shown as a percentage; lower is better.

Notes — any internal notes on that publisher.

Placement Price — the base cost of a placement-only listing. If the row also shows a "Writing: +15 USD" line, that means the publisher can write the article for you for an additional fee — writing your own content and submitting it yourself has no extra charge.

Use the Manage Columns button above the table to control which of these columns are visible, if you want a more focused view.

🛒 Adding a Placement

Each row ends with an action button: Publish (add this placement to your cart) or, once it's already in your cart, the button changes to show In the cart. Your cart total appears as a badge next to the cart icon in the top-right corner, alongside your account name and a Logout option.

If you need further assistance, open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the platform and type human teammate to be connected with a member of our team.
