Publication Media payouts are sent to the PayPal email on file for your publisher account. You can update that email address yourself, up to twice per year, directly from your dashboard.
Go to your Publication Media account settings.
Locate the PayPal email field.
Enter your new PayPal email address and save.
If you've already used both changes for the year, you will not be able to make additional changes until your next annual period.
Our Publication Media team does not update a publisher's PayPal email on their behalf, under any circumstances — including lost access to the old PayPal account, account recovery situations, or reaching the twice-a-year limit. This is a deliberate fraud-prevention safeguard: PayPal email changes are a common vector publishers have used to redirect someone else's payouts, so support intentionally has no manual override path, even for legitimate requests.
This means if you've lost access to your old PayPal account, or hit your twice-a-year limit, there is no faster path — the self-service change (or the annual reset) is the only way the email updates.
Payouts already queued to your old PayPal email remain tied to that email until you update it yourself through the self-service flow above. Once you update your PayPal email in the dashboard, new payouts route to the new address — support cannot manually redirect a specific pending payout to a different email.
