When creating a Publication Media account in Search Atlas, you may see the following message: "Select at least one approved site to continue." This error means that no approved sites are currently linked to your Publication Media account, so the system cannot proceed with the creation step.
This error occurs for one or more of the following reasons:
You have not yet added any sites to your Publication Media account.
The sites you added are still pending review and have not been approved yet.
A previously submitted site was rejected, leaving no approved sites available to select.
Your account is new and the approval process has not been completed.
Check your site approval status. Navigate to your Publication Media dashboard and review the status of any sites you have submitted. Sites must show a status of Approved before they can be selected during account creation.
Add a site if none exist. If you have not submitted any sites yet, use the Add Site option within the Publication Media section to submit your first domain for review.
Wait for approval. After submitting a site, the review process may take some time. You cannot proceed with account creation until at least one site is approved. Check back after receiving a confirmation notification.
Resubmit a rejected site. If your site was rejected, review any feedback provided, make the necessary changes, and resubmit the site for approval.
Refresh and retry. Once at least one site shows an Approved status, return to the account creation flow, select the approved site, and continue.
Always confirm that a site's status is Approved before starting the Publication Media account creation process.
Submit your sites for review well in advance of when you plan to create your account, to allow time for the approval workflow to complete.
If you manage multiple domains, ensure at least one is approved and active before proceeding.
If you have one or more approved sites but the error still appears, try the following:
Hard-refresh your browser (Ctrl + Shift + R on Windows or Cmd + Shift + R on Mac) to clear any cached data.
Log out of Search Atlas, log back in, and attempt the account creation again.
Try using a different supported browser such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
