At this time, the primary login email cannot be changed directly from within the platform settings — this change must be handled by our support team to ensure your account data and any active memberships transfer correctly.
Please have the following details ready before contacting support. This helps our team process your request as quickly as possible:
Current login email address — the email you use to sign in today.
New email address — the address you want to switch to.
Access to both email inboxes — our team may need to verify ownership of each address.
Log in to your Search Atlas account using your current email address.
Contact our support team and let them know you would like to change your primary login email, providing both your current and new email addresses.
Follow any verification steps the agent sends to confirm ownership of your new address.
Once verified, our team will update your login email and confirm when the change is live.
After the change is complete, you must use your new email address to log in — your old address will no longer work.
