What Is Happening

If you are receiving repeated warning emails stating that your domain is blocked due to an extra AAAA DNS record — even though your own diagnostics appear normal — the most likely cause is Cloudflare's proxy feature, commonly known as the orange cloud.

When the orange cloud is enabled on a DNS record in Cloudflare, Cloudflare can add additional records to your domain that may not be immediately visible through standard diagnostic tools. Our SSL verification system may detect these extra records and flag your domain as misconfigured, triggering repeated warning emails.

This is a real DNS conflict — not a notification error — and it must be resolved at the DNS level to stop the emails and restore full SSL verification.

Why Your Diagnostics Look Fine

Third-party DNS lookup tools and your browser may show your site loading correctly because Cloudflare's proxy handles traffic successfully. However, our SSL verification system performs its own DNS resolution check that may reveal additional records Cloudflare introduces.
