OTTO generates SEO optimization suggestions directly inside the Search Atlas platform. If you want to review these suggestions offline or share them with a colleague, you may be looking for a way to export or download them. This article explains what options are currently available.
When you create an OTTO project, OTTO analyzes your site and produces a prioritized list of SEO recommendations covering areas such as on-page content, technical fixes, schema markup, and more. Having a downloadable copy of these suggestions lets you review or share them outside the platform.
Currently, there is no built-in one-click export or download button for OTTO optimization suggestions within the platform. The ability to download or export suggestions in formats such as CSV or PDF is not a standard self-serve feature available to all users at this time.
If you need a record of your OTTO suggestions for offline review or sharing, here are the recommended approaches:
Use your browser's print or save function. Navigate to your OTTO project and open the suggestions list. Then use your browser's built-in print function (Ctrl+P on Windows or Cmd+P on Mac) and select Save as PDF as the destination. This lets you capture the current view of your suggestions as a PDF file.
Take screenshots of each suggestion category. Browse through the suggestion tabs (for example, on-page, technical, schema) and screenshot each section for offline reference.
Copy suggestion text manually. You can select and copy the text of individual suggestions from the platform and paste them into a document or spreadsheet for sharing with colleagues.

Can I download suggestions from multiple OTTO projects at once?
There is no bulk export feature currently available. The browser print-to-PDF method works on a per-project, per-view basis.
