## **🛠️ Step-by-Step**

1. Go to **Left sidebar → OTTO SEO → Site Audit**.
2. Locate the list of page title tasks awaiting review or approval.
3. At the top of the task list, click the header checkbox (or "select all" control) to select all visible tasks on the page at once, rather than clicking each row individually.
4. Note that selections are capped at 100 tasks per batch. If you have more than 100 tasks, apply your action to the first batch, then repeat the select-all step for the next page of tasks.
5. With tasks selected, apply your intended bulk action (such as approve, reject, or publish) from the action menu that appears once items are checked.

## **✅ How to Confirm It Worked**

- After clicking select all, check that a counter or label appears near the task list showing the number of selected tasks (e.g., "98 selected"), confirming the selection registered.
- Once you apply a bulk action, refresh the Site Audit page and verify the affected tasks no longer appear in the pending list, or that their status has updated accordingly.
- If the counter does not update or tasks remain unchanged after refreshing, try selecting fewer tasks at once, staying under the 100-task limit.
