## **What Happened to Wildfire Exchange?**

If you previously used **Wildfire Exchange** from the **Authority** menu and can no longer find it, you are not alone. The Wildfire Exchange feature has been consolidated into **Link Laboratory**, Search Atlas's unified link-building hub. All the link exchange functionality you relied on is still available — it has simply moved to a new home in the platform.

## **How to Locate Link Laboratory**

Because the exact sidebar labels and tab names can vary depending on your plan and workspace configuration, we recommend the following approach to find Link Laboratory:

1. Log in to your **Search Atlas** account.
2. Look in the **left-hand sidebar** for a section related to link building or outreach.
3. Click into that section and look for **Link Laboratory** as a sub-item or tab.
4. Once inside Link Laboratory, explore the available tabs to locate the link exchange functionality you previously used under Wildfire Exchange.

If you are unsure which sidebar section contains Link Laboratory, use the platform's search or navigation menu to search for "Link Laboratory" by name.

## **What to Do If You Cannot Find Link Laboratory**

If you cannot locate **Link Laboratory** in your sidebar at all, consider the following:

- **Check your subscription plan.** Link Laboratory may only be available on plans that include link-building features. Review your plan from the **Billing** page (top-right avatar → Billing, Plans & Top-ups tab) and upgrade if needed.
- **Check your user role.** Workspace administrators can restrict tool access for individual users. Contact your workspace admin to confirm you have the correct permissions enabled.
- **Try a hard refresh.** Press **Ctrl + Shift + R** (Windows) or **Cmd + Shift + R** (Mac) to clear your browser cache and reload the platform in case of a display issue.
