## **📋 Overview**

The AI Visibility report helps you track how your brand appears across AI-powered search platforms. Customers sometimes notice that when exporting data, results show **topics** rather than the individual queries behind them. This article explains the current export behaviour and what to expect.

## **🔍 What the Export Currently Includes**

When you export data from the AI Visibility report, the CSV file is structured around **topics** — the grouped categories that Search Atlas uses to organise your tracked queries. Full query-level detail (individual search queries mapped to each topic) is not included in the exported file at this time.

This means that if you are tracking a large number of queries, the export will reflect topic-level aggregates rather than a row-by-row breakdown of every individual query.

## **⚙️ How to Access Your Full Query List Inside the Platform**

While the export does not yet include query-level rows, you can view your complete list of tracked queries directly inside the AI Visibility dashboard. Follow these steps:

1. Log in to Search Atlas and navigate to your project.
2. Open **AI Visibility** from the left sidebar and select your project.
3. Select the **Topics & Queries** tab within the project.
4. Scroll through the full list of tracked queries. The platform now displays all your tracked queries without the previous 10-row display cap, so your complete query set is visible.
5. Use the available filters (platform, date range, sentiment, visibility score) to narrow down the data you need.

Reviewing your queries inside the platform gives you access to per-query metrics including platform-level visibility, sentiment, and citation data that are not available in the current CSV export.

## **📅 Date Range and Display Notes**

Keep the following in mind when reviewing your AI Visibility data:

- The report supports a date range of up to **31 days** per view.
- All tracked queries are now fully visible in the dashboard — the earlier limit that capped the display at 10 queries per page has been removed.
- Topic groupings in the dashboard show up to **7 topics** in the summary view; switch to the detailed query view to see data beyond the top topics.

## **🚀 What's Coming Next**

The Search Atlas team is actively working to extend the CSV export to include additional data points. An upcoming update is currently in review that will bring **Sentiment, Citations, and Visibility Score Rank** data into the exported file. Query-level export improvements are part of the broader roadmap for the AI Visibility feature.

Once these updates are released, you will be able to pull a more complete dataset — including individual queries — directly from the export function.

## **💡 Workaround: Capturing Query Data Now**

Until query-level export is available, here are practical ways to capture the data you need:

- **Screenshot or screen-record** the Queries view in the dashboard for a quick visual reference.
- **Use browser developer tools or copy-paste** the query table into a spreadsheet if you need an ad-hoc extract.
- **Filter by individual topics** in the dashboard to focus on specific query groups and note the associated metrics manually.
