## **🤖 LLM Visibility Accounts: Default Limits**

Agency plans include a defined number of LLM Visibility accounts, which cover the AI platforms (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and others) that Search Atlas tracks for your brand or client mentions. The exact number of accounts included depends on your specific plan tier.

If you manage a large portfolio of clients and need to monitor more LLM accounts than your current plan allows, you have two main options:

- **Upgrade to a higher Agency tier** — Select plans include an expanded LLM Visibility quota. Check the current plan comparison on the Search Atlas pricing page for the latest limits per tier.
- **Purchase LLM Visibility top-ups** — Additional LLM accounts can be added to your existing plan. Pricing and availability for top-ups depend on your current plan; contact our team for details.

## **🛠️ OTTO SEO Site Seats: Limits & Top-Ups**

OTTO SEO site seats determine how many websites you can actively run OTTO automation on at the same time. Your licensed seat count and current usage are visible under Avatar → Billing → Team Members (or Settings → Team Members).

If your used seat count meets or exceeds your licensed count, new site activations will be blocked until you either add more seats or deactivate an existing site.

**To add OTTO site top-ups:**

- Top-up seats can be purchased to expand your OTTO SEO site capacity. To get the correct pricing for your plan and initiate a top-up, contact our support team directly — we can confirm the per-site rate and process the addition for you.
- Once seats are added to your account, you can activate your new site within the OTTO SEO tool as normal.

If you see a discrepancy — such as your seat count showing as exhausted when you believe you have remaining capacity — this may be a licensing provisioning issue.
