When you export a GBP Audit report to PDF, you may notice that citation details visible in your dashboard do not appear in the downloaded file. This is a known issue that our team is investigating.

## **❓ Why This Happens**

Citation details are sometimes missing from GBP Audit PDF exports. The root cause has not yet been confirmed, and there is currently no self-serve fix available. If you are experiencing this, reaching out to our support team is the recommended next step.

## **🛠️ How to Escalate This Issue**

To help us investigate as quickly as possible, please have the following information ready before reaching out:

- The name of the GBP project affected
- The date and approximate time you attempted the export
- A description of which citation details are missing from the PDF
- If possible, a screenshot comparing the dashboard view with the exported PDF
