## 💳 AI Quota Allocation & Top-Ups

### 🔁 How Quota Is Allocated

Your AI quota (Articles, Target Keywords, Regular AI units, and Premium AI units) is allocated at the start of each **billing cycle** and refreshes monthly. Unused subscription quota does **not** roll over.

### 🆚 Subscription Quota vs. Top-Up Credits

**Subscription quota** is included in your plan and resets every billing cycle. **Top-up credits** are purchased separately, stack on top of your subscription quota, and remain on your account until consumed — they do **not** reset each cycle.

### ⏳ If a Top-Up Doesn't Appear Immediately

Top-up purchases can be delayed by cache or sync lag. If any workflow shows **Quota Exhausted** right after a purchase:

1. Do a **hard refresh** (Ctrl / Cmd + Shift + R) on the Content Genius tab.
2. Wait a few minutes for the top-up to propagate.
3. Re-open the workflow and confirm your quota has updated.

### 🆘 Quota Still Not Reflected After 15 Minutes

Contact **support** with your **purchase confirmation** (order ID or receipt). The team can manually reconcile credits and reset the quota counter on your account.

### 🚪 How to Access Content Genius in Search Atlas

1. From the Search Atlas home screen, go to **Content** in the main menu.
2. Open **Content Genius** (What are we writing today?).
3. Scroll down to view your AI articles table (populated once articles are created).

### 📁 Create a Folder

1. Click **All Articles**.
2. Click **Create Folder**.
3. Enter general information about your website.
4. Choose your preferred writing options.
5. Add any additional info, then click **Create Settings**.
6. To view or edit the folder, click **Folder Settings**.
7. In the pop-up, adjust your settings and click **Update Setting** to save.

### [V3] AI-Powered Domain Setup

Click **Populate with AI** in folder settings to auto-fill brand context from your domain—Business Purpose, Audience, Niche/Industry, Company Background, and Tone of Voice. This reduces setup to seconds and aligns every brief to your brand automatically.

### [V3] Folder-Level Geolocation

Set **Location** once (country, state, city, or county) in folder settings. Content Genius applies it to every prompt and keyword in that folder automatically.

For local businesses, set a micro-location (country, state, city, or county). Content Genius analyzes competitors ranking for your target keywords in that specific area and tailors content suggestions accordingly.

## ✍️ Generate AI Content

1. Select your **AI Folder Settings**.
2. In Content Genius, click **Write an article**.
3. Enter your topic and related keywords, then select a country.
4. Generated articles appear in the table.
5. Click an article to open it in the Content Editor.
6. Refine your content using the editor to improve your **Content Score**.

### How Content Genius Analyzes Your Topic

Content Genius searches your target keyword in Google, analyzes the top 20 ranking pages, and returns competitor metrics—DR, Content Score, Schema, internal/external links, heading structure (H1/H2/H3), and word count—plus a **Relevant Terms** (NLP entities) grid to guide your optimization.
