## 🔍 Identify the Charge

Check your invoice and email associated with the charge. In this case the charge was a post-trial renewal for the account neeldas1209@gmail.com with invoice number KDTOCLZW-0004.



## 🛑 Cancel the Subscription

Log in to your Search Atlas account, go to Billing > Subscription, and cancel the active plan. This prevents any future renewals.



## 📩 Request a Refund

Open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the platform and type **human teammate** to be connected with a member of our team. Provide the invoice number and request a refund for the post-trial charge.



## ⏱️ Refund Timeline

Once approved, the refund is processed to the original payment method. Refunds typically reflect within 5–10 business days.
