Before upgrading, check what you currently pay for. In the example our support team reviewed, the customer was on a Pro plan with multiple OTTO Site add-ons and AI Quota add-ons, totaling about $1,185 per month.



## 🎯 Understand the Agency Plan Benefits

The Agency plan costs $999 per month and includes up to 10 OTTO Sites and higher AI quotas. If you manage more than 10 sites, you will still need extra OTTO Site add-ons for each site beyond the included 10.



## ⚠️ Why the Upgrade Preview Shows a Higher Total

When you start the upgrade, the preview may show a combined amount (e.g., $1,785) because the new Agency plan is being added on top of your existing add-ons. This is not the final charge — it means your old add-ons are still attached and will bill alongside the Agency plan unless you remove them.



## ✂️ Remove Redundant Add-Ons

1. Open the Billing page in your Search Atlas dashboard.
2. Locate the Add-Ons section.
3. Identify any OTTO Site or AI Quota add-ons that are now covered by the Agency plan.
4. Click Remove or Cancel next to each redundant add-on.
5. Confirm the removal.

## ✅ Complete the Upgrade

After removing the unnecessary add-ons, finish the Agency plan upgrade. Your new monthly total should reflect only the $999 Agency plan plus any extra OTTO Site add-ons you still need for sites beyond the included 10.



## 🔍 Verify Your Final Invoice

Check your next invoice to confirm the charge matches the Agency plan price plus any legitimate extra add-ons. If the amount looks incorrect, open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the platform and type **human teammate** to be connected with a member of our team.
