Customers on a **Gold** plan tier (or a separately negotiated legacy contract) active before February 2026 may be on a different rate. ## **⚠️ Top-Up Refunds**

Top-up purchases are processed immediately and billed to the card on file. Review your cart carefully before confirming. If you believe a top-up was made in error, contact Support promptly:

- If **no credits** from the top-up have been consumed, a full refund is generally possible.
- If **partial usage** has occurred, only the unused portion may be eligible.

Contact Support as soon as possible — refund eligibility decreases as credits are used.

After purchasing a top-up, allow a few minutes for the quota to refresh. If the **Quota Exhausted** message persists in Content Genius or another feature:

1. Log out and back in to force a quota refresh.
2. Wait up to 15 minutes, then check again.
3. If the issue continues after 15 minutes, contact Support with your order confirmation and the affected feature — Support can investigate the ledger entry directly.

The bonus is applied after the call is completed. If you attended your session and don't see the credit within a few days, contact Support with the date of your call.

## **📌 Monitor Hyperdrive Credits from the OTTO Dashboard**

Track Hyperdrive Credit and quota consumption **inline** from the quota overview widget on the **OTTO All Sites dashboard** (**/otto/all-sites**). Both Hyperdrive Credits and AI Gen Points are surfaced directly on the dashboard — no need to navigate to billing settings to check usage.

## **🔗 OTTO Sites and Site Auditor Project Slots**

Each OTTO site activation also consumes **one Site Auditor Project slot** — activating a new site requires available capacity in both counters (OTTO site slots and Site Auditor Projects), tracked as **separate quota buckets**.

For example: if your dashboard shows 1/2 OTTO sites used but you've already reached the Site Auditor Projects limit (e.g., 10/10), a new activation will fail with a **"Quota Exhausted — limit of N Site Auditor Projects"** error even though OTTO slots appear available.

**To resolve:**

- Free a Site Auditor Project slot by archiving an unused project, or
- Contact Sales to raise the Site Auditor Projects limit.

The quota overview panel on the OTTO All Sites dashboard surfaces both counters in one view.

## **⚠️ What Happens When Hyperdrive Credits Are Exhausted**

When credits run out, OTTO actions that require them — Cloud Stacks, Press Releases, Citations, and Syndicated Backlinks — are blocked with a **"Quota Exhausted"** error. Activating a new OTTO site beyond your plan's included slots can also trigger this error, since each activation consumes one Site Auditor Project slot.

**To resolve a Quota Exhausted error:**

1. Purchase top-up Hyperdrive Credits at $0.99/credit, or
2. Wait for the monthly credit renewal on your activated sites, or
3. Upgrade your plan or contact Sales if you need additional OTTO site slots.

## **💳 Failed Payments and Quota Impact**

If a renewal charge fails — for example, after a card change or an expired card — your account may have its quota access suspended or reduced. In some cases, existing quota balances can go **negative** until the payment is resolved.

To avoid disruption, keep your card on file current and watch for billing notification emails. If a renewal does fail:

1. Contact Support to process a manual charge against an updated payment method.
2. Once payment is confirmed, Support can restore your quota balances on the backend.
