## ☁️ How to Whitelist the Search Atlas Crawler in Cloudflare

Cloudflare is the most widely used CDN (Content Delivery Network). If your site runs behind Cloudflare, its firewall may block the Search Atlas crawler. Follow these steps to add the Search Atlas IP addresses to your Cloudflare allowlist.

1. Log in to your Cloudflare account.
2. Click the **Firewall** icon, then select the **Tools** tab.
3. Under **IP Access Rules**, enter each Search Atlas IP address from the list above.
4. Set the action to **Whitelist**.
5. Select the domain you want the Search Atlas crawler to access.
6. Click **Add**.

Once all IP addresses are added, the Search Atlas crawler can access your site for monitoring and audits. For more detail on Cloudflare's IP Access Rules, see Cloudflare's support documentation.

If you are still unable to run a site audit after whitelisting, contact our support team via the in-dashboard chat (Monday–Friday, 9 am–6 pm PST), or book a software demo with our team.

## 🔌 How to Whitelist the Search Atlas Crawler in WordPress Security Plugins

### WordFence

1. In the WordPress menu, go to **WordFence → Firewall → All Firewall Options**.
2. Paste the Search Atlas IP addresses into the **Allowlisted IP addresses that bypass all rules** field.
3. Click **Save Changes**.

### Stop Bad Bots

1. In the WordPress menu, go to **Block Bad Bots → Settings**.
2. Select the **Whitelist** tab.
3. Paste the Search Atlas IP addresses into the **IP Whitelist** field.
4. Click **Save Changes**.

### Blackhole for Bad Bots

In the **Blackhole for Bad Bots** plugin settings, add each Search Atlas IP address to the plugin's whitelist field and save. The crawler will be allowed through on your next audit.

## 🧠 Accessing kgraph for Agentic Mastery Certification

If you are completing the **Agentic Mastery certification** and the kgraph link on **Day 2** does not load, the legacy URL `kgraph.searchatlas.com` has been deprecated. Use the updated URL instead:

If you still cannot access the kgraph subdomain after switching to the new URL, contact Search Atlas support via the in-dashboard chat and our technical team will assist you.

**🎯 You can now unblock the Search Atlas crawler for site audits and reach the kgraph training environment. For additional troubleshooting, refer to the Whitelisting Search Atlas Bot article if the steps above do not resolve your issue.**
