## 📋 Charge Breakdown

The June 16 Summit charges typically include several separate items:

- **$199 Growth Plan** — Summit special offer for the Growth Plan
- **$97 VIP Access** — Per-event VIP pass, not a lifetime subscription
- **$147 Platinum Add-on** — Summit Platinum upgrade
- **$197 Secret Packs** — Summit exclusive content packs
- **$197 Setup Fee** — One-time onboarding setup charge

Each charge appears separately on your statement. The VIP Access fee is per event and does not grant ongoing access.



## 🔍 When Refunds Apply

You may be eligible for a refund of the **$199 Growth Plan** and **$197 Setup Fee** if:

- You are already on an Agency Plan (or higher) at the time of the Summit purchase
- You have unused setup hours from your existing plan
- The Growth Plan purchase was unintentional or redundant

## 🛠️ Request a Refund

1. Open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the platform and type **human teammate** to be connected with a member of our team.
2. Provide the charge date (June 16) and the specific line items you believe are duplicate: **$199 Growth Plan** and **$197 Setup Fee**.
3. Confirm your current plan (e.g., Agency Plan) and note any unused setup hours.
4. The support team will review the charges, consult the specialized billing team if needed, and process approved refunds.

## ⏱️ Refund Timing

After approval, the refund is processed promptly. Please allow several business days for the amount to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.



## 💡 Avoid Duplicate Charges

Before purchasing Summit special offers, verify your current plan via the top-right avatar → Billing → Plans & Top-ups (Billing). If you are on an annual Agency Plan (or higher), you typically do not need to buy a Growth Plan offer.
