## What Are Summit One-Time LLM Credit Links?

During Search Atlas summits and promotional events, we distribute one-time gift links that instantly add LLM credits to your account. These links are personal and unique to each attendee. When you click your gift link, the system processes your LLM quota addition automatically — no manual claim step is required.



## What Does 'Already Claimed' Mean?

If you see the message 'already claimed' when clicking your summit gift link, this is normal and expected. It means your LLM quota gift was successfully added to your account during a previous click or visit. You do not need to claim it again. The credits are now active and ready to use.

This message does not indicate an error or a problem with your account. It simply confirms that the one-time gift has already been processed.



## How to Confirm Your LLM Credits Were Added

To verify that your summit LLM credits are in your account, check your LLM quota or credits balance by going to Avatar → Billing → Plans & Top-ups (Billing). If it has increased from its previous amount, your gift link was successfully claimed.

Your LLM credits are immediately available after the gift link is processed. You can begin using them right away in any Search Atlas feature that supports LLM functionality.



## Why Am I Still Seeing 'Already Claimed'?

This message appears because:

- Your gift link was clicked successfully in a previous session or by another team member on your account.
- The LLM quota was added to your account the first time the link was activated.
- The gift can only be claimed once per account — after that, subsequent clicks show the 'already claimed' status.

If multiple team members share your account login, one person may have claimed the gift before you attempted to use the link.



## Using Your New LLM Credits

Once your summit gift link shows 'already claimed', your LLM credits are active. You can use them in any Search Atlas tool that integrates LLM features, such as content analysis, AI-powered insights, and automated recommendations. No additional setup or activation is needed.



## What If You're Still Unsure?

If you have claimed your gift link and the message shows 'already claimed', but you want to double-check that your credits were properly added, review your account's LLM quota or credit balance by going to Avatar → Billing → Plans & Top-ups (Billing). If the balance reflects an increase, your gift was successfully processed.
