Some users noticed that Google Review drafts in the Reviews section appeared on a single line, requiring horizontal scrolling to read the full text. This made reviewing and editing drafts noticeably harder and raised questions about whether the behaviour was intentional or a bug.



## 📋 What Caused It?

This was caused by a recent platform update that unintentionally affected how review draft text was displayed. Text that should have wrapped across multiple lines was instead rendering on one continuous line, forcing users to scroll sideways to read it. This was confirmed as a UI issue — not intentional design — and was logged with the engineering team for a fix.



## ✅ Current Status: Resolved

This issue has been resolved. A UI improvement update was applied to the Google Business Profile Reviews section, and text wrapping now works as expected. You should no longer need to scroll horizontally to read review drafts.



## 🧭 How to Check Your Reviews

To access your Google Reviews and confirm the display is working correctly, follow these steps:

1. Open the platform and navigate to **Local → Reviews** (Google Business Profile Reviews) in the left sidebar.
2. Browse your review drafts and confirm that text wraps naturally across multiple lines without requiring horizontal scrolling.

## 💡 What to Do If You Still See Horizontal Scrolling

If you open the Reviews section and the horizontal scrolling issue is still present for you, try the following before contacting support:

- **Hard-refresh your browser** by pressing **Ctrl + Shift + R** (Windows/Linux) or **Cmd + Shift + R** (Mac). This clears cached page data and loads the latest version of the platform.
- **Try a different browser** to rule out a local browser rendering issue.
- **Check your browser zoom level** — a zoom level above 100% can sometimes cause layout shifts that introduce unexpected scrollbars.
