It is a **sync issue between the Atlas Brain AI agent and the API**. No credits are lost and no permanent restriction is applied to your account.



## ✅ Method 1: Start a Fresh Atlas Brain Chat

A new Atlas Brain conversation resets the session state and clears the sync error. Follow these steps:

1. Close or exit your current Atlas Brain chat entirely — do not continue in the same thread.
2. Open a **brand-new** Atlas Brain chat session.
3. Re-initiate your local citation submission request from the beginning in the new session.

Atlas Brain will re-read your account state with a clean call and should recognise your available credits, allowing the submission to proceed normally.



## 🛠️ Method 2: Submit Manually Through the Local SEO Tool

If the fresh chat does not resolve the issue, you can bypass Atlas Brain entirely and submit your local citation directly through the platform's local SEO tool rather than through the AI agent.

Navigate to the local citation submission area within the platform and complete your submission from there without using Atlas Brain. This manual route is always available as a reliable fallback regardless of any AI agent sync state.

Atlas Brain can encounter a mismatch when reading quota or plan data during a session. This may cause it to incorrectly report a cap or refuse a submission it should allow. Starting a new chat or using the manual tool forces a fresh data read. This is a known intermittent behaviour and does not indicate a problem with your plan or credit balance.
