This article explains how to select multiple SEO tasks in bulk so you can take action on them all at once — without clicking each task one by one. Up to 100 tasks can be selected at a time using the built-in bulk selection option.

## **🛠️ Step-by-Step**

1. Navigate to the SEO task list within your project (for example, your OTTO SEO task queue).
2. Look for the **checkbox at the top of the task list** — this is the bulk select or "select all" checkbox located in the column header row, above the individual task checkboxes.
3. Click that header checkbox once to **select all tasks currently visible on the page** (up to 100 tasks at a time).
4. Once tasks are selected, the bulk action toolbar will appear — choose your desired action (such as enable, disable, or dismiss) and apply it to all selected tasks.
5. If you have more than 100 tasks, scroll to the next page and repeat the process to act on the next batch.

## **✅ How to Confirm It Worked**

After clicking the header checkbox, every task row on the current page should show a **filled or checked checkbox** next to it, and a bulk action bar or button group should become visible at the top or bottom of the list. This confirms all visible tasks are selected and ready for a bulk action. After applying an action, the task statuses should update accordingly — for example, tasks marked as enabled will show an active or enabled status in the list.
