## **Overview**

You can share Search Atlas dashboard reports with clients, stakeholders, or external viewers who do not have a Search Atlas account. Several built-in options are available depending on your plan type, and most can be set up directly from the platform without contacting support.

## **Option 1: Generate a Shareable Public Report Link**

Search Atlas allows you to create a public, shareable link for a dashboard report that external viewers can open without logging in:

1. Open the project or dashboard you want to share.
2. Navigate to **Site Metrics → Organic Research** (Organic Research page), then click the **Share public view** button.
3. Use the **Share public view** button to generate a shareable URL.
4. Copy the link and send it directly to your client or external viewer.

Anyone with the link can view the report without needing a Search Atlas account.

## **Option 2: Export and Deliver Reports via CSV or PDF**

If you prefer to send a static snapshot of your report data:

1. Navigate to **Reports → Report Builder** (Report Builder).
2. Click the **Download .CSV** button.
3. Send the exported file directly to your client by email or file-sharing service.

## **Option 3: Schedule Automated Email Report Delivery**

For recurring report sharing, you can schedule automated email delivery to external recipients:

1. Navigate to the report or dashboard you want to schedule.
2. Select the **Schedule** or **Automated Reports** option.
3. Enter the recipient's email address and choose the delivery frequency (daily, weekly, or monthly).
4. Save the schedule — reports will be sent automatically without requiring the recipient to log in.

## **Option 4: White-Label Reports (Agency Plans)**

If you are on an agency plan, you can share branded white-label reports with your clients:

1. Access your agency white-label settings from **More Features → Agency Hub** (Agency Settings).
2. Configure your branding (logo, colors, domain) if you have not done so already.
3. Generate and share reports using your white-label report link or export, which will display your agency branding instead of Search Atlas branding.

This option is available on agency and white-label plans. If you are unsure whether your plan includes this feature, check your plan details under account settings.

## **Troubleshooting**

If you encounter an error when generating a shareable link or scheduling a report, make a note of the exact error message, the name of the project or dashboard, and your plan type before reaching out to support.
