## **🔍 What Is AI Visibility?**

AI Visibility is a Search Atlas tool that tracks how your brand and competitors appear in AI-generated answers from large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. You can access it by navigating to **Left sidebar → AI Visibility** (URL: **/llm-visibility**).

To measure your AI presence, the tool runs queries against LLMs and analyses the responses. Each query consumes credits from your plan's quota.

## **💳 How AI Visibility Credits Work**

Credits are the currency used every time AI Visibility submits a query to an LLM on your behalf. Each query run deducts credits from the balance associated with your subscription plan. If you are unsure how many credits remain on your account or how credits are allocated across your plan, the Support team can look up your current balance and explain how usage is calculated for your specific subscription.

## **📊 Topic and Query Limits per Project**

Each AI Visibility project has limits on the number of topics and queries you can add, and these limits vary by subscription plan. The key distinctions are:

- **Topics** are the broad subject areas or categories you want to monitor (for example, "SEO software" or "link building tools").
- **Queries** are the specific questions or prompts submitted to the LLM under each topic (for example, "What is the best SEO platform for agencies?").

If you are unsure what limits apply to your current plan, or if you have hit a limit and need it reviewed, the Support team can confirm the exact caps tied to your subscription and advise on next steps — including whether an upgrade would increase your allowance.

## **🗂️ How the Topics & Queries Tab Works**

The **Topics & Queries** tab inside an AI Visibility project is where you organise what you want to track. Here is how to use it effectively:

1. Open **AI Visibility** from the left sidebar and select or create a project.
2. Navigate to **Topics & Queries** within the project (Left sidebar → AI Visibility → [project] → Topics & Queries).
3. Use the available options within the tab to add, edit, or remove topics and the queries nested under them.
4. If you encounter an error, a limit warning, or cannot save changes, note the exact message shown and reach out to the Support team with your project name and the error text so they can investigate.
