Golden Loops don't make changes to your account without your say. Every loop runs under one of three oversight levels:

- **Read-only / proposer** (most loops): fetches data, analyzes it, and writes a report. It cannot make changes to your account, CRM, website, or listings.
- **Human-gated write** (every action loop): prepares a plan and stops there. A human confirms before anything executes, and a readback afterward verifies the change actually landed as intended.
- **Bounded autonomy** (narrow cases only): a small set of pre-agreed, low-risk actions with explicit thresholds you've defined in advance — this level is never assumed, only used when it's been written down ahead of time.

No recommendation is sent automatically until your approval channel is configured.

## **🚀 The Activation Process**

Turning on Golden Loops for your account happens in one live session, in five steps:

1. **Scope the projects.** Confirm exactly which sites, brands, or business units are in scope.
2. **Choose the surfaces.** Pick which of the 10 Golden Loop surfaces to turn on. Each one is checked for connector readiness first — already connected, needs a login, or needs setup — before it's added.
3. **Define the outcomes.** You tell your team what "working" looks like for you — pipeline growth, AI-search visibility, approval speed, or whatever matters most.
4. **Connect Slack.** This is the approval-and-audit layer — every human-gated recommendation lands here for you to approve or decline, and the decision is logged.
5. **Leave with a written record.** Every project, surface, connector status, outcome, and note gets documented on both sides.

## **❓ Common Questions**

**Can I pick which surfaces I want, or is it all-or-nothing?** You choose. The activation process walks through scoping your projects, then choosing which of the 10 surfaces to turn on — never all-or-nothing.

**What if I don't have a connector (like HubSpot, GBP, or Slack) connected yet?** Each surface is checked for connector readiness first. You can still select it — your team will follow up on getting that connector set up before that specific loop goes live.
