## **🔍 Overview**

If you want to remove a report you no longer need, Report Builder includes a delete option for each project. Depending on your screen size or display settings, you may need to scroll within the report card or project row to reveal the delete control. This article walks you through the exact steps.

## **🧭 How to Navigate to Report Builder**

1. Log in to your Search Atlas account.
2. In the **left sidebar**, click **Reports**.
3. You will land on the projects list at **/report-builder/projects-list**.

## **🗑️ How to Delete a Report**

1. On the **projects list** page, locate the report you want to delete.
2. If you do not immediately see any action controls next to the report, **scroll right or scroll down within the report row** — the delete option may be hidden off-screen depending on your window width or zoom level.
3. Once the controls are visible, click the **Delete** option associated with that report.
4. A confirmation prompt will appear. Confirm the deletion to permanently remove the report.

## **⚠️ Important Notes Before You Delete**

- **Deletion is permanent.** Once a report is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
- Make sure you have downloaded or saved any data from the report that you may need in the future before deleting.
- Deleting a report does not affect any underlying data, campaigns, or settings elsewhere in your account.

## **🛠️ Troubleshooting: Delete Option Not Visible**

- **Zoom level:** If your browser is zoomed in above 100%, action controls can shift off-screen. Try pressing **Ctrl + −** (Windows) or **Cmd + −** (Mac) to zoom out.
- **Screen resolution:** On smaller or lower-resolution screens, table columns may overflow. Scroll horizontally within the report row to reveal all controls.
- **Browser compatibility:** For the best experience, use an up-to-date version of Chrome or Firefox.
