This article helps you locate your pending payment in the Publisher Exchange dashboard, understand what a pending status means, and confirm when the payment has been processed. Follow the steps below to check your specific account status rather than relying on general troubleshooting.

## **📍 Where to Find It**

Your Publisher Exchange dashboard — where payment statuses are displayed — is accessed through the Account Menu in the top-right corner of the platform.

Full path: **Authority → Link Building Exchange** (Publisher Exchange)

## **🛠️ Step-by-Step**

1. Click the **apps-grid icon** in the header at the top-right corner of the platform.
2. Select **More Features** from the menu.
3. Click the **Publisher Exchange** tab to open your publisher dashboard.
4. Locate the **Payments** or **Earnings** section within the Publisher Exchange dashboard. Look for any entries marked as **Pending**.
5. Click on a pending payment entry (if clickable) to view its details, including the expected processing date, payment amount, and any associated order or link information.
6. If a payment shows as pending and you believe it should have already been processed, note the payment date and amount — you will need these details if you contact support.

## **✅ How to Confirm It Worked**

A pending payment has been successfully processed when its status changes from **Pending** to **Paid** or **Completed** in the Publisher Exchange tab. You can verify this by returning to **Header apps-grid icon → More Features → Publisher Exchange tab** and confirming the payment entry no longer shows a pending label. If the status has not changed after the expected processing window, this is the information to share with our support team.

If you need further assistance, open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the platform and type **human teammate** to be connected with a member of our team.

## **Additional Notes**

Click 'Go to Link Laboratory' to open your Publisher Exchange dashboard. Check whether your payout details — such as your connected payment method or minimum threshold requirement — are fully configured. Incomplete payout settings are the most common reason a payment remains in a pending state.
