Search Atlas recently launched a redesigned **Agentic Homepage** that changes how you access the Dashboard, Hub, and core tools. If the layout looks unfamiliar or you cannot locate the sections you need, this article walks you through the new structure and provides direct navigation paths to get you back on track quickly.



## **🖥️ Understanding the New Layout**

The Agentic Homepage replaces the previous Dashboard with a streamlined, project-focused interface. The main navigation now lives in the **left sidebar**, which organises all tools into clearly labelled sections. The traditional Dashboard and Hub views may now appear as entry points within specific sidebar sections rather than as standalone top-level pages.

If your screen looks different from what you expect, use the steps below to orient yourself.



## **🧭 How to Navigate Using the Left Sidebar**

All major tools are accessible directly from the left sidebar. Here are the primary sections and how to reach them:

- **Site Metrics** — Click **Site Metrics** in the left sidebar to reach your project overview and SEO data (`/site-explorer/list`). From here you can access:

  - **Keyword Magic** — Left sidebar → Keywords → Keyword Magic
  - **Rank Tracker** — Left sidebar → Keywords → Rank Tracker (Keyword Rank Tracker)
  - **Keyword Gap** — Left sidebar → Site Metrics → Keyword Gap
- **Local** — Click **Local** in the left sidebar, then select **GBP Projects** to manage your local SEO projects (GBP Projects) (`/gbp-galactic/gbp-projects`). Sub-sections include:

  - Left sidebar → Local → Overview
  - Left sidebar → Local → Media Library
  - Left sidebar → Local → My Tasks
  - Left sidebar → Local → Posts
  - Left sidebar → Local → Reviews
  - Left sidebar → Local → Local Citations

If the left sidebar is not visible, try widening your browser window or scrolling to the far left of the screen. The sidebar may be collapsed on smaller screens.



## **✅ Step-by-Step: Recovering Your Navigation**

1. **Refresh the page.** Press **Ctrl + Shift + R** (Windows) or **Cmd + Shift + R** (Mac) to force a full reload and clear any cached layout issues.
2. **Check for a collapsed sidebar.** Look for a small arrow icon or a hamburger menu (**☰**) on the left edge of your screen. Click it to expand the sidebar.
3. **Navigate directly by URL.** If the sidebar is loading but tools are missing, go directly to a known section:

   - Site Metrics list: `/site-explorer/list`
   - Local projects: `/gbp-galactic/gbp-projects`
4. **Switch to a supported browser.** Search Atlas works best on the latest versions of **Google Chrome** or **Microsoft Edge**. If you are using Firefox, Safari, or an older browser version, some layout elements may not render correctly. Update your browser or switch to Chrome and reload the platform.
5. **Disable browser extensions.** Ad blockers and script-blocking extensions can interfere with sidebar rendering. Temporarily disable extensions, then reload the page.
6. **Clear your browser cache and cookies.** Go to your browser settings, clear cached images and cookies for the Search Atlas domain, then log back in.
7. **Try an incognito/private window.** This rules out extension conflicts and stale session data. Open an incognito window, log in to Search Atlas, and check whether the layout loads correctly.

## **🔐 Check Your Account Permissions**

Some sections of the Agentic Homepage are visible only to users with the appropriate role or active subscription features. If a sidebar section is missing entirely, consider the following:

- Confirm with your account administrator that your user role has access to the section you need (for example, **Local** tools require a Local plan or add-on).
- Ask your admin to review your permissions under the account settings and ensure the correct features are enabled for your profile.
- If you recently upgraded or changed your plan, log out and log back in to refresh your session permissions.

## **🌐 Browser Compatibility**

For the best experience with the new Agentic Homepage layout, use the following:

- **Recommended browsers:** Google Chrome (latest), Microsoft Edge (latest)
- **Minimum screen resolution:** 1280 × 720 pixels
- **JavaScript:** Must be enabled — the sidebar and homepage rely on JavaScript to render correctly
- **Zoom level:** Keep your browser zoom between 80% and 100%. Higher zoom levels can push the sidebar off-screen

## **🚀 Alternative Entry Points**

If you still cannot reach a specific tool, use these direct paths as alternative entry points while your main navigation is being resolved:

- Go to **Site Metrics** via the left sidebar to access all keyword and ranking tools.
- Go to **Local → GBP Projects** via the left sidebar to access all GBP and local citation tools.
- Use your browser's address bar to type the direct URL path for the section you need (see the URLs listed earlier in this article).
