The **Top of Google Challenge** is a live training program available as a separate purchase ($27). If you have paid and are having trouble joining the sessions, or you are looking for a Google Meet link that does not exist, this article will get you on track quickly.

## **📋 What You Need to Know Before Joining**

The Top of Google Challenge sessions are hosted exclusively on **Zoom**, not Google Meet. This is a common point of confusion — if you are searching your inbox for a Google Meet invite or link, you will not find one. All session links, reminders, and recordings are delivered via **Zoom**.

## **📧 How to Find Your Zoom Access Link**

1. Check the email inbox associated with your purchase for a confirmation email from Search Atlas.
2. Look for a subject line referencing the **Top of Google Challenge** — it will contain your Zoom session link and schedule.
3. Check your **spam or promotions folder** if you do not see it in your main inbox.
4. If you registered with a work email, also check any email filtering rules that may have redirected the message.

## **🔗 How to Join a Live Session**

1. Open the Zoom link from your confirmation or reminder email.
2. If prompted, download or open the **Zoom app** — this gives the best experience, though browser joining is also supported.
3. Enter your name and join the session. Sessions may have a waiting room; a host will admit participants at the scheduled start time.

## **⚠️ Common Issues and Fixes**

- **Cannot find the confirmation email:** Search your inbox for "Top of Google Challenge" or "Search Atlas" and check all folders including spam.
- **Link says it has expired:** Each session has its own link. Make sure you are using the link from the most recent reminder email, not the original purchase confirmation.
- **Purchased but never received an email:** Allow up to 15 minutes after purchase for the email to arrive. If it still has not arrived, contact support using the chat widget below.
- **Looking for a Google Meet link:** There is no Google Meet link. The program runs entirely on Zoom.

## **🎥 Missed a Session? Access the Recording**

If you missed a live session, recordings are typically made available after each call. Check your email for a follow-up message from Search Atlas containing the replay link. Recordings are sent to the same email address used at purchase.
