## **🤔 Why Does This Happen?**

You may notice a mismatch in your OTTO Grader dashboard: the summary shows a number of undeployed fixes, but when you look at each category individually, every category displays zero remaining fixes. This is a known display behaviour, not a data error.

## **🔎 Steps to Locate and Deploy Your Pending Fixes**

Follow these steps to find and act on your undeployed fixes in the Grader dashboard:

1. **Open your OTTO Grader dashboard** and note the total undeployed fix count shown in the summary section.
2. **Check all available category sections** — review every category listed in your dashboard rather than relying only on the default view, as fixes may not appear prominently in the initial summary.
3. **Try a full page refresh** — occasionally the summary count and category counts fall out of sync due to a display lag. Refreshing the page can resync the totals.
4. **If fixes become visible**, select and deploy them from within the relevant category.

## **📋 What to Have Ready If You Need to Escalate**

If the steps above do not surface the missing fixes, our support team can investigate the discrepancy at the account level. Before reaching out, please have the following ready:

- **Your project name** — the specific project where the mismatch is appearing.
- **The undeployed fix count** shown in your summary.
- **A screenshot or description** of what your Grader dashboard currently displays, including which categories show zero.
- **Any actions you have already taken** — for example, if you recently deployed a batch of fixes or made changes to your OTTO settings.
