You may be experiencing an analysis scheduling delay if:

- The next scheduled analysis date shown in your OTTO SEO dashboard is in the past and has not updated.
- No new analysis results have appeared despite the scheduled date having passed.
- The analysis does not appear to be running or queued.

This is distinct from a normal scheduling cycle where the next analysis date is today or in the future and OTTO is simply waiting for its next run.

## **🚨 What To Do**

Because OTTO SEO analysis scheduling is managed at the backend level, resolving a stale or missed scheduled date requires investigation by the support team. There is no self-serve button or setting within the platform that is confirmed to reset the scheduler.

To help the support team resolve this as quickly as possible, please have the following ready before reaching out:

- **Your project or site name** as it appears in the OTTO SEO dashboard.
- **The stale next analysis date** currently displayed (e.g., "Aug 27").
- **Today's date** and how many days the date has been in the past.
- **Any error messages or warning banners** visible on your OTTO dashboard — copy the exact wording if possible.
- **The last date a successful analysis did complete**, if visible in your dashboard.
