When you sign up for a Search Atlas trial, you get hands-on access to the core platform features so you can explore the toolset and evaluate it for your workflow. The standard trial gives you a time-limited window to test key features across the platform, including site audits, keyword research, content tools, and more.

During your trial, some advanced features or usage limits may be restricted compared to a paid plan. This is by design—it ensures you can explore the platform meaningfully while keeping the experience focused.

## **What Is the 30-Day VIP Trial?**

The **30-day VIP trial** is an extended, full-access trial available to customers who qualify through the **VIP Challenge**. It gives you a longer runway to test Search Atlas with fewer limitations, making it ideal if you need more time or deeper access before committing to a paid plan.

The VIP trial is not automatically granted to all users—eligibility is determined on a per-account basis by our team, who will review your account activity and current usage before confirming whether you qualify.

## **How to Request VIP Trial Access or an Extended Trial**

To find out whether you are eligible for the VIP Challenge or an extended trial, reach out to our support team directly. When you do, please have the following ready so we can assist you as quickly as possible:

- Your Search Atlas account email address
- A brief description of how you have been using the platform so far during your standard trial
- Any specific features or access you are hoping to unlock with the extended trial

## **What to Expect After Requesting**

Once our team reviews your account, they will let you know whether you qualify and what actions—if any—are needed on your end before the upgrade can be applied. A teammate will provide a personalised answer based on your current account status.
