Search Atlas hosts its AI Search Summit replay recordings on a **dedicated VIP portal** that is completely separate from the main Search Atlas platform (*app.searchatlas.com*). If you are looking for Summit replays, you must use the dedicated portal link provided to you — your regular Search Atlas login will not work here.

## **🔗 Finding Your VIP Portal Link**

The dedicated replay portal link for your Summit event should have been sent to you by email when you registered. Check your inbox for an email from Search Atlas that includes your portal access details. If you have not received this email or cannot locate it, our support team can help you retrieve the correct link.

## **🔑 What You Need to Access the VIP Portal**

The VIP portal uses a separate login system from your main Search Atlas account. The credentials you need were included in your Summit registration or welcome email. These credentials are **not** the same as your Search Atlas app username and password. If you purchased or registered for Summit access, check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for emails sent from Search Atlas around the date of the event.

## **🔓 How to Log In to the VIP Portal**

1. Navigate to the portal URL provided in your Summit registration email.
2. Enter the credentials sent to you at registration when prompted.
3. Once authenticated, you will be able to access the replay sessions available for that Summit event.

## **🆘 Recovering a Lost Password or Access Code**

If you have lost your login credentials, follow these steps before contacting support:

1. **Search your email inbox** for messages from Search Atlas sent around the date of the Summit event. Search for keywords like *Summit*, *VIP recordings*, or *replay*.
2. **Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders** — confirmation emails sometimes filter there automatically.
3. **Check any secondary email addresses** you may have used when registering for the Summit.
