## **🗺️ Overview**

The URL Indexer feature lets you submit URLs directly for faster search engine indexing. Access to this feature depends on your current Search Atlas plan. If your plan does not include URL Indexer, attempting to use or add quota may trigger an **HTTP 500 error** — this is a plan eligibility issue, not a technical bug.

## **📋 Which Plans Include URL Indexer?**

URL Indexer is available on select Search Atlas plans. Not all plan tiers include access to this feature. If you are on an ineligible plan, the feature will be inaccessible and any attempt to add quota may return an HTTP 500 error.

To confirm whether your specific plan includes URL Indexer, review your plan details in your account's billing or subscription settings, or contact our support team for clarification.

## **⚠️ Why Am I Seeing an HTTP 500 Error?**

An HTTP 500 error when attempting to add Indexer Quota is almost always caused by plan ineligibility, not a platform bug. Specifically, this error can appear when:

- Your current plan does not include the URL Indexer feature.
- You attempt to purchase or allocate additional Indexer Quota without an eligible base plan.

Before troubleshooting the error further, confirm that your plan includes URL Indexer access. If it does not, upgrading your plan is the required first step.

## **📍 How to Find the URL Indexer**

If your plan includes URL Indexer, you can access it from within the Search Atlas platform. If the option is missing from your navigation or returns an error when clicked, your current plan likely does not include this feature.

## **➕ Can I Purchase Indexer Quota Separately?**

Indexer Quota is an add-on that can be purchased in addition to your existing quota, but it is **only available on eligible plans**. You cannot purchase standalone Indexer Quota without an active eligible plan.

## **🔄 How to Resolve the HTTP 500 Error**

1. Confirm your current plan by navigating to your account billing or subscription settings.
2. If your plan does not include URL Indexer, upgrade to an eligible plan tier to unlock the feature.
3. Once on an eligible plan, navigate to the URL Indexer section within the platform to access the feature.
4. To add more quota, use the quota management option within the URL Indexer page.
5. If the HTTP 500 error persists after confirming you are on an eligible plan, contact support for further investigation.

## **💡 Key Reminders**

- URL Indexer is **not available** on all plan tiers — check your subscription to confirm eligibility.
- Upgrading your plan is required to unlock URL Indexer if your current plan does not include it.
- Indexer Quota add-ons require an eligible base plan to purchase.
