Two known issues can affect your Website Studio experience: blog post preview images that fail to load, and pages (such as a Checklist page) that redirect to the homepage instead of rendering the correct content. These are recognized bugs that our team is actively investigating.

## **Blog Preview Image Not Loading**

Some users have reported that blog post preview images do not appear as expected within Website Studio. This is a known issue. At this time, there is no confirmed self-serve fix, and our team needs to investigate the affected account directly.

**When contacting support, please have the following ready:**

- The name or URL of the blog post where the preview image is missing
- A screenshot showing the missing image
- The exact URL of the image you are trying to use (if applicable)
- Any error messages you are seeing

## **Page Navigation Redirecting to the Homepage**

Some users have reported that specific pages — such as a Checklist page — redirect to the homepage instead of displaying the intended content. This is a known issue. Our team needs to review the affected page configuration directly to identify the cause and apply the correct fix.

**When contacting support, please have the following ready:**

- The name of the page that is redirecting incorrectly
- The URL you are trying to visit and the URL it redirects to
- A screenshot or screen recording demonstrating the redirect
- Roughly when the issue started occurring
