OTTO AI suggestions are the recommendations Search Atlas generates to help you optimize your pages — including content changes, technical fixes, and on-page improvements. Every Search Atlas plan includes a set number of these suggestions per billing cycle. Once you reach your limit, you can purchase additional credits as a standalone add-on without upgrading your entire plan.

# **📊 How to Check Your Current Credit Balance**

1. Log in to your Search Atlas account.
2. Click your **Avatar** (top-right) → **Billing** → **Plans & Top-ups** (Top Up / Add-on).
3. Your remaining OTTO AI suggestion credits are displayed at the top of the dashboard.

# **🛒 How to Purchase an OTTO AI Credit Add-On**

1. Click your **Avatar** (top-right) → **Billing** → **Plans & Top-ups** (Top Up / Add-on).
2. When your credit balance is low or exhausted, you will see a prompt to purchase additional credits.
3. Click the **Get More Suggestions** (or similar) button shown in the prompt.
4. Select the credit bundle that fits your needs from the available options.
5. Review the one-time charge and confirm your purchase using your saved payment method.
6. Your new credits are added to your account immediately after payment is processed.

**Important:** One-time top-ups are a one-time purchase, while some add-ons and recurring top-ups are billed as recurring subscriptions that renew each billing cycle until cancelled. Buying an add-on does **not** change your existing plan, billing date, or monthly rate.

# **💡 Key Things to Know Before You Buy**

- **No plan change required.** You stay on your current plan — the add-on simply increases your available suggestion quota.
- **Credits are available immediately.** As soon as your payment is confirmed, the credits are applied to your account and ready to use.
- **Credits do not roll over.** Unused add-on credits from a billing cycle may expire — check the purchase screen for the exact validity period of your bundle.
- **Multiple bundles available.** You can purchase more than one bundle if you need a larger volume of suggestions.
- **Billing depends on the add-on.** One-time top-ups are charged once, while some add-ons and recurring top-ups are billed as recurring subscriptions that renew each billing cycle until cancelled (and are cancelled at period end when the main plan is cancelled).

- **No add-on prompt visible:** Ensure you are on the **Plans & Top-ups** page (Avatar (top-right) → Billing → Plans & Top-ups). The purchase option appears contextually when credits are low or depleted.
- **Payment not going through:** Verify that your saved payment method is up to date in your billing settings.
- **Credits not appearing after purchase:** Refresh the page. If the balance does not update within a few minutes, contact support using the chat widget.
