Site Auditor slots determine how many websites you can actively audit within your Search Atlas account. Every plan includes a base number of slots. If you need to audit more sites than your plan allows, you can purchase additional slots as an add-on without upgrading your entire plan.

## **💰 Add-On Slot Pricing**

Site Auditor add-on slot pricing depends on your base plan: **$50 per slot per month** on Starter and Growth plans, and **$100 per slot per month** on the Pro plan. Each additional slot lets you add one more website to your active audit queue. You can purchase as many extra slots as your workflow requires, and the cost is billed on the same monthly cycle as your main subscription.

- **Billing:** Monthly, aligned with your existing subscription renewal date
- **Minimum purchase:** 1 slot

## **📋 What Counts as a Slot?**

Each slot corresponds to one root domain or subdomain that you configure for auditing. For example, if you want to audit **three separate client websites** and your plan includes only one slot, you would need to purchase two additional slots. Subdomains of the same root domain each consume their own slot when set up as independent audit projects.

## **🛒 How to Purchase Additional Slots**

1. Log in to your Search Atlas account.
2. Click your **account name or avatar** in the top-right corner of the platform.
3. Select **Billing** or **Manage Subscription** from the dropdown menu.
4. Scroll to the **Add-Ons** section of your subscription page.
5. Locate **Site Auditor Slots** and click **Add Slots**.
6. Enter the number of additional slots you want to purchase.
7. Review the prorated charge for the current billing cycle, then confirm your purchase.

Your new slots are activated immediately after payment is confirmed. You can then add new websites to your Site Auditor right away.

## **⚡ How to Start Auditing a New Site After Purchasing**

1. In the left sidebar, navigate to **OTTO SEO**.
2. Select **Site Audit** to open the Site Audit page.
3. Click the **Audit Site** button.
4. Enter the website URL you want to audit and configure your preferred crawl settings.
5. Click **Recrawl Site** to begin crawling the site.

## **📊 Checking Your Current Slot Usage**

You can view how many Site Auditor slots your plan includes and how many you have used at any time. Go to Top-right corner (avatar) → Billing → Plans & Top-ups tab and look for the Site Auditor row under your plan details. The used and available slot counts are displayed there. This helps you plan ahead before onboarding new clients or domains.

## **❓ Frequently Asked Questions**

- **Can I remove add-on slots if I no longer need them?** Yes. You can reduce your add-on slot count at any time from the Top-right corner (avatar) → Billing → Plans & Top-ups tab. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and you will not be charged for removed slots going forward.
- **What happens to audited sites if I remove a slot?** If you reduce your slot count below your active projects, you will be prompted to archive or remove a project before the change is finalised. Archived project data is retained for 90 days.
- **Are annual plan discounts available for add-on slots?** At this time, add-on slots are billed monthly only, regardless of whether your base plan is on an annual cycle.
- **Is there a free trial for extra slots?** Add-on slots do not include a separate free trial period, but you can cancel them at the end of any billing month.
