## **🎯 Overview**

This article walks you through four core workflows in Search Atlas: running a site audit, generating keyword suggestions, configuring client reporting, and booking a personalized success manager session. Follow each section in order or jump to the one you need.

## **🔍 How to Run a Site Audit**

A site audit scans your client's website for technical SEO issues and gives you a prioritized list of fixes.

1. In the left sidebar, go to **OTTO SEO → Site Audit**.
2. Select the project you want to audit, or create a new one by clicking **Create Project** on the Home page.
3. Click **Start Audit** and confirm the domain URL.
4. Once the crawl completes, review the issues grouped by severity: **Critical**, **Warnings**, and **Notices**.
5. Click any issue category to see affected pages and recommended fixes.

For deeper automation, connect OTTO to your project. OTTO will surface prioritized recommendations and can apply certain fixes directly. Look for the **Activate OTTO** button inside your project dashboard.

## **💡 How to Get Keyword Suggestions**

Search Atlas offers several keyword research tools under Site Metrics → Site Explorer. Use them together to build a complete keyword strategy for your clients.

**Keyword Magic Tool**

1. In the left sidebar, click **Keywords**, then select **Keyword Magic**.
2. Enter a seed keyword and choose the target country.
3. Click **Search** to generate a list of related keywords with volume, difficulty, and CPC data.
4. Use the filters to narrow results by search volume range, keyword difficulty, or word count.
5. Select keywords you want to track and click **Add to Rank Tracker** or **Export** to download the list.

**Keyword Gap Tool**

1. In the left sidebar, click **Keywords**, then select **Keyword Gap**.
2. Enter your client's domain and up to four competitor domains.
3. Click **Analyze Keywords** to see keywords competitors rank for that your client does not.
4. Filter by opportunity type — **Missing** (client has no ranking) or **Weak** (client ranks lower than competitors).
5. Add high-value gap keywords directly to your Rank Tracker for ongoing monitoring.

**Rank Tracker**

1. In the left sidebar, click **Keywords**, then select **Rank Tracker**.
2. Add your target keywords manually or import them from Keyword Magic or Keyword Gap.
3. Set your tracking frequency and target location.
4. Review position changes, SERP features, and trend graphs from your Rank Tracker dashboard.

## **📊 How to Set Up and Configure Reporting**

Search Atlas lets you build branded, automated reports to share progress with clients.

1. In the left sidebar, navigate to the Reports section.
2. Click **Create Report** and select a template or start from scratch.
3. Choose the data modules you want to include — site audit scores, keyword rankings, traffic trends, backlink summaries, and more.
4. Upload your agency logo and set your brand colors under **Branding Settings** to white-label the report.
5. Connect the client's Google Search Console or Google Analytics account if you want to pull live traffic data into the report.
6. Set a delivery schedule — choose **Weekly** or **Monthly** and enter the recipient email addresses.
7. Click **Save and Activate**. Reports will generate and send automatically on your chosen schedule.

You can also generate a one-off report at any time by opening a saved report template and clicking **Download PDF** or **Send Now**.
