OTTO SEO supports bulk AI content generation, bulk editing of title tags, and change tracking so you can manage content updates efficiently across multiple pages. This article walks you through each of these workflows step by step.

## **How to Bulk Select Pages for AI Content Generation**

To select multiple pages and queue them for AI content generation in OTTO SEO:

1. Open your project from OTTO SEO → All Sites (SEO Automation Projects) and navigate to Site Audit → Page Explorer.
2. Use the checkboxes next to each page to select the pages you want to include. You can also use a **Select All** option if available to choose all pages at once.
3. Once your pages are selected, look for the bulk actions menu or toolbar that appears when multiple pages are checked.
4. Choose the option to **Generate AI Content** from the bulk actions menu.
5. Confirm the action when prompted. OTTO will queue the selected pages and begin generating AI content for each one.

## **How to Bulk Edit Title Tags**

After AI content has been generated, you can review and edit title tags in bulk:

1. In your OTTO SEO project, select the pages whose title tags you want to update using the checkboxes.
2. Open the bulk actions menu and select the option to edit title tags.
3. Review the AI-generated title tag suggestions for each selected page.
4. Make any edits you need directly in the bulk editing view, then save your changes.

## **How to Review the Change Log**

OTTO SEO tracks every update applied to your site in a change log so you can audit what was changed and when:

1. Navigate to the change log or activity log section within your OTTO SEO project.
2. Review the list of recorded changes, which includes the type of update, the page affected, and the timestamp of when the change was applied.
3. Use any available filters to narrow down the log by date range, page, or action type.
