This article explains why your Google review replies display an "Awaiting" status after you write them. Replies can become stuck in a manual approval queue and not go live on your Google Business Profile without further action from our support team.

## **🛠️ What the 'Awaiting' Status Means**

When a review reply shows **Awaiting** status, it means the reply has been drafted but has not yet been published to your Google Business Profile. This can happen because replies are held in a manual approval queue before going live.

There is currently no confirmed self-serve setting within the platform to bypass the manual approval queue or force an immediate publish. If your replies are stuck in **Awaiting** status and are not progressing, this requires assistance from our support team, who can investigate the queue and take the necessary steps to get your replies published.

## **✅ What to Have Ready When You Contact Support**

- The name of the GBP project or business location affected
- The specific review(s) whose replies are showing **Awaiting** status
- How long the reply has been in **Awaiting** status
- Any error messages or unusual behavior you have noticed

Having these details ready will help our team investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you need further assistance, open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the platform and type **human teammate** to be connected with a member of our team.
